Martin began attending SSAS classes in 2011 and progressed through each of the Beginners, Intermediate to Professional Practice courses. As a part of the SSAS Professional Practice Group he has exhibited, been awarded and sold work created at SSAS.
Martin’s artworks “view the relationship between humankind and the land—through the prism of the spatial sciences. They explore and distill landforms, landmarks and civic patterns interpreting our constructs of ‘place’ and ‘home’ and their relationship to the environment.”
Martin’s web site provides more information about his art and practice.
